How can we help? πŸ‘‹

Does my client need to pay fees to send money to my Mulya Account?

No, Mulya does not charge any fees to your clients for transferring money to your account.

However, your clients might incur fees from their bank, which are usually nominal for local bank transfers (e.g., ACH for USD).

For SWIFT transfers (Wire/SWIFT), fees are usually involved as they go through the SWIFT network. There are three options for handling these fees:

  1. By Sender: The client pays the fee.
  1. By Receiver: You, as the recipient, pay the fee.
  1. Shared: Both parties share the fee.

If your client decides to pass the fee to you, the amount you receive in your Mulya account will be less since the correspondent bank deducts this fee before it reaches Mulya. This fee is not deducted by Mulya.

Please be aware that the fee structure can vary by bank, and if your client's bank has different fee policies, there might be additional charges that are beyond Mulya's control.

It's advisable to discuss the fee arrangement with your client beforehand.
