Why did I receive less money than what my client sent?

If you receive less than what your client sent, kindly check the deposit amount on the Mulya dashboard.

This reflects the amount that reached your Mulya account. If it’s less, it means the difference was deducted before reaching Mulya, often due to correspondent bank fees in SWIFT transfers.

This happens when the client assigns SWIFT charges to you instead of bearing them themselves.

You can verify this in the remarks section on the Summary page of your Mulya dashboard.

To avoid this, discuss with your client who will bear the SWIFT charges.
