To download your Foreign Inward Remittance Advice (FIRA) for a transaction processed by Mulya, follow these simple steps:
- Check Transaction Status: Ensure that your transaction is completed and has the status “FIRA Attached.”
- Download the FIRA: Click on the three dots at the end of the transaction entry. From the dropdown menu, select the Download option.
- Email Notification: Additionally, you will receive a PDF of the FIRA sent to your registered email address.
Typically, the FIRA will be available for download within 24 hours of the transaction settlement.
