How can we help? πŸ‘‹

Online Presence/Website URL

As part of Mulya's KYC process, providing an active online presence, such as a website, LinkedIn profile, or freelancing profile (Fiverr, Upwork, Toptal) is mandatory.

πŸ’‘

We should be able to establish a relationship between the name on the KYC documents and the URL provided.

We might also ask for additional documents like past payment proofs if adequate information is unavailable on the above link.

For Different Business Types:

  • Individuals/Proprietorships: A LinkedIn or freelancing profile is preferred over a website. The profile should be in the name of the individual.
  • LLP/Partnership/Limited Companies: All the above options will work.

What Qualifies as an Active Profile?

  • Freelancing Profile: Should have existing orders or reviews (not a new profile).
  • LinkedIn: Must be an established, active profile (not new or inactive).

Alternatives If You Don't Have an Active Website:

  1. Signed Contract: Provide a valid, unexpired contract with your international client in case you are delivering services.
  1. Invoices/Payment Proofs: Submit 2-3 invoices or payment proofs with FIRCs from previous foreign transactions. For past payments received via PayPal/Stripe, download the FIRA and Payment Advice from your profile. Note that these payment proof should not be older than 6 months.
  • Note: In case you want to proceed with these alternate requirements, please write β€œNA” in the website field and forward the above documents to our WhatsApp Support or Email Support.

Profiles That Are Not Accepted:

  1. Github
  1. Dribbble
  1. Behance

New to Business and Lacking the Required Information?

Unfortunately, if you have none of the above, Mulya cannot proceed with your KYC.
