All about Mulya Referrals and Rewards

How does it work?

1. Refer your friends by sharing your referral link, and earn 10% of the fees they pay us, if they signup using your referral link. That’s it! It’s that simple!

2. There is no maximum reward per transaction under this programme. The referral earnings are directly added to your Mulya Wallet.

3. The minimum transaction amount of your referee in the foreign currency should be atleast 10 units (example: $10, if the transaction currency is USD).

About the Program

1. Referral mapping is done only when the user uses referrer’s link to register on Mulya.

2. Referred users/rewards are non-transferrable, and cannot be transferred from one user to another.

3. Mulya reserves the right to periodically audit the source for generating such leads/referrals of all users. Failure to fulfil any audit requirements or showcase such responses to any queries from Mulya may result in the termination of all past/future benefits under this programme.

Don’ts

1. Individual users cannot refer other individual accounts in their own name.

2. Individual users cannot refer another non-individual account (eg. Sole Prop, HUF, Private Limited, Partnership/LLP, Trust) with the same ultimate beneficial owner (ownership in the entity > 20%)

3. Non-Individual users cannot refer another non-individual account (eg. Sole Prop, HUF, Private Limited, Partnership/LLP, Trust) with common ultimate beneficial owner(s) (ownership in the entity > 20%)

4. The referrer would not earn rewards for users who are on a discounted account.

Redemption of Rewards

1. To be able to redeem the rewards, the minimum amount from the referral generated must be at least Rs. 500.

2. The rewards can be redeemed against Mulya fees from 01-Oct-2024 to 31-Dec-2024. There are no restrictions on the amount that can be used per transaction.
1. Example: If you receive $1,000 in Mulya, you will end up paying $10 in fees (1%). So, you can pay this fees using your referral rewards.

3. If a user closes his/her account, referral amounts shall stop being accrued/accumulated after such closure of the account.

4. GST Input Credit is also considered as a redemption of reward as that is a cashback which is given from the 1% fees.

Declaration

1. All users requesting for withdrawal of any incentive payouts must abide by, declare and agree to all clauses stated below. In case any misrepresentation or incorrect declaration is provided, such users shall indemnify Mulya for any such damages, direct or consequential, with respect to any violations of Circulars, Rules & Regulations, any such Applicable Law in India.

2. I/We, having an account with Mulya hereby agree to and declare the below points with respect to accepting any payment/incentives from Mulya, with respect to any referral bonus or marketing fee or incentives from Mulya:
1. I/We hereby declare that the above information are true and correct, and if any information is found to be false and incorrect, Mulya will have the right to recover the entire amount received by me/us through whatever means Mulya deems proper.
2. I/We agree to indemnify Mulya and its Directors/agents/employees for any damages/claims that may arise from me/us deviating from the Rules/Bye-Laws of the Exchanges, and any terms, conditions, Policies & Procedures of Mulya.
3. I/We hereby declare that I/We have read, understood and agree to abide by this Policy, Mulya’s terms & conditions, privacy policy and policies & procedures on Mulya’s websites.
4. I/We hereby understand this policy, along with these terms & conditions with respect to all incentives from Mulya, regarding referrals towards Mulya may be changed from time to time by Mulya, at the sole discretion of Mulya. Therefore, at all times, I/We shall abide by the change in such Policies and Procedures of Mulya without any objections in the future.
5. I/We hereby understand that Mulya’s management reserves all rights to withhold any such incentives to any such referrer, at its sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.
