Once you place a withdrawal request and the exchange rate is locked, we forward the details to our banking partner for NEFT processing. The bank processes these requests based on their internal queue, which means we cannot control the exact time of the NEFT transfer.
Currently, we can only provide you with the expected settlement date. However, due to the structured process and steps involved, it is not possible to expedite or prioritize the transfer or change the settlement date.
