I have placed the withdrawal request, but still haven’t received the settlement. What are the settlement timeline details?

Please refer to the transaction timeline link sent to you via WhatsApp and Email notifications.

Note the following:

  • If you submit your withdrawal request on a working day, the settlement usually takes 1 business day.
  • If you submit your request on a bank holiday, it may take up to 2 business days for settlement.

Considering the above, we do inform you about the ETA while placing the withdrawal request. This is also visible in the transaction timeline link.

While we can’t specify an exact time for when you will receive the funds on the settlement ETA date, you should expect to receive the money before the end of the day, either in the morning or the evening.

Keep in mind that the ETA may change due to certain factors, including:

  1. Changes to bank holidays.
  1. Newly declared bank holidays.
  1. Queries raised regarding your withdrawal:
      • In such cases, we will reach out to you via email for more details about your transaction. Please check your email for any such query, as we cannot proceed with the settlement until it is resolved.

If you haven’t received the settlement even after the ETA and have not received any emails regarding a query, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
