Hi there!
Let’s understand how the whole thing works.
As illustrated in the image, transactions occur as bank-to-bank transfers (e.g., ACH in the US), similar to IMPS or NEFT in India.
Just like IMPS transactions, beneficiaries cannot track incoming payments. In this case, Mulya cannot track incoming transactions either—only the sender can.
Once the funds are deposited into the virtual accounts, you will receive a comprehensive tracking link, providing updates on the transaction status (including settlements to INR).
For now, please check with the remitter to track the transaction.
It’s also important to note that bank transfers in countries like the US and the UK are not as quick as in India, potentially taking 1 to 3 business days, depending on the sender’s bank. We recommend waiting at least 2 to 3 business days for the funds to reflect in the virtual accounts.
Note: Transfers initiated on Friday are typically received by Tuesday, based on historical data.
If it has been more than 3 working days since the transfer and you still don’t see the funds, kindly ask the sender to get the transaction tracked and check the latest status of the transaction.
