Mulya offers a comprehensive invoicing feature, eliminating the need for a separate platform. You have two invoicing options:
- Quick Request
- Advanced Request
Quick Request:
This is a basic invoicing option where you simply enter the services or goods you sold and their respective costs.
Advanced Request:
The Advanced Request option offers more invoicing flexibility, such as:
- Hourly billing options
- The ability to select the job duration
- Customizing the invoice and expiry date
Sharing the Invoice:
By default, Mulya does not send any communication to your client. However, you have two ways to share the invoice:
- Send via Email: Use the "Send Email" button to send the request directly to your client's email.
- Copy and Share: Simply copy the link and share it directly with your client.
Note:
Creating a request is optional. If you receive a deposit for which a request was already created, it will automatically be mapped to that request. However, if no request exists, Mulya will generate a new request by default once the deposit is received.
